Gio's is a family owned business, everything is made from scratch! We use freshest produce we can find and we use only olive oil for cooking and dressing. We utilize the highest quality cheese, flour and tomato product available. We make dough with chemical free flours and leaven it naturally for at least 3 days. Gio's is focused on highlighting our American roots through Italian Traditions. We are focused on simplicity, quality, and paying attention to the details.
